Your Parcel will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for. After your shoes are dispatched, you should receive within one working day. Please note, orders must be placed before 12pm to ensure that your order is dispatched the same day.

Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked - Standard - £4.50
Your Parcel will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for. After your shoes are dispatched, you should receive within two working days.

Europe - £20.00
Your Parcel is sent with a courier and will take approx 14 working days.

Australia and USA - £20.00
Your Parcel is sent with a courier and will take approx 3 to 5 working days.

All subject to orders placed on a weekday before 12pm, orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next working day, also excludes Saturday delivery. All deliveries are subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please note orders shipped to countries outside the UK may be subject to additional Sales Taxes and Import Duties, which the buyer is responsible for.

We are happy to offer a full refund within 28 days of delivery (14 days for sale goods), providing shoes are returned in their original condition with no marks or blemishes, in their original packaging (which should also be in pristine condition).

Add your own special touch to a whole host of our styles with a sumptuous satin bow or a fun, fluffy pom pom. We also now offer organza straps in addition to those included in your shoes - so you can switch up your shoes on the big day and beyond!

Allow an extra 2 working days on top of our regular shipping time to allow us to attach the trims to your shoes (not necessary with our organza straps - these will come packaged up in your shoe box).

All trims are attached in-house at CMHQ by a fully trained member of our team. Changed your mind? No problem - our 28 days return policy still applies to shoes that have been personalised.
