If you're stuck for what theme/style for your wedding then how about looking to different eras for some inspiration? We've pulled together a few bits and bobs inspired by the glitzy and glamorous 1920's. If you like all things bling, then this is the era for you!

Charlotte Mills Wedding Inspiration

The Dress- 9829 Justin Alexander Stocked at The Harrogate Wedding Lounge

This lace number by Justin Alexander is absolutely dreamy, it's a fitted lace dress with this gorgeous pearl draping over the shoulders/arms. This beading is the perfect way to hint at the 1920's styling without going for a full on 20's inspired dress.

Cake- The Rose Cake Company

This gorgeous cake fits in perfectly with our 1920's theme, with a beautiful art deco inspired decoration. Beading was a huge trend in the 1920's and these lovely stones and crystals on the cake really help pull everything together.

Shoes- Charlotte Mills Bespoke Jewel and Anastasia Silver

We chose two different paris of shoes to include in this 1920's post, the Anastasia Silver shoes, which have a subtle art deco detailing on the t-bar and our bespoke jewel shoes, which are available in heels or flats. So you can still dance the night away in true 20's style even in flats!

Head Piece- Joy of London Jewels

This screams the 1920's, think of all the lovely ladies all dress up for one of Gatsby's parties. With their beaded gowns and lovely head pieces. This glitzy version is perfect to add that something different to your bridal outfit.
