Standard - FREE over £150
Your Parcel will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for. 

Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked - £7.00
Your Parcel will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for. After your shoes are dispatched, you should receive within one working day. Cut off for guaranteed same-day dispatch is 12pm.

Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked - £4.50
Your Parcel will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for. After your shoes are dispatched, you should receive within two working days. Cut off for guaranteed same-day dispatch is 12pm.

Europe - £20.00
Your Parcel is sent with a courier and will take approx 14 working days. However this is just a guide and could take longer due to covid and Brexit disruptions. 

Now that the UK is no longer in the EU, customs charges may apply to the import of goods into your country - these can vary widely from country to country, so we would advise checking with your local customs office to ascertain what you will be liable to pay. Charlotte Mills Ltd. have no control over these charges and we aren’t able to predict what they may be. We are also unable to cover these custom charges and import duties as they are raised when the parcel reaches its destination or shortly thereafter and must be paid by the customer. 

Australia and USA - £20.00
Your Parcel is sent with a courier and will take approx 3 to 5 working days.

All subject to orders placed on a weekday before 12pm, orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next working day, also excludes Saturday delivery. All deliveries are subject too delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please note orders shipped to countries outside the UK may be subject to additional Sales Taxes and Import Duties, which the buyer is responsible for.

Returns and Exchanges

Accessories: Earrings, Hair Combs and Necklaces

We work hard to provide as much information for our products as possible as, for hygiene reasons our earrings are non-refundable. Our necklaces however are refundable if returned within 28 days of receipt (14 days for sale goods).

Charlotte Mills products: Shoes, Clothing, Bags, Sixpence Necklaces and Trainers:

We are happy to offer a refund within 28 days of delivery (14 days for sale goods), providing shoes are returned in their original condition with no marks or blemishes, in their original packaging (which should also be in pristine condition). Please note shoes have a beautifully soft leather sole, which marks easily. Only try them on in a soft carpeted area, as even wooden floors can cause damage & we are only able to exchange or refund goods in their original, perfect condition. Your shoes may have a protective film on the soles- please note once this is removed shoes are non-returnable. However we advise you do remove the film just before you wear them on your special day.

Dresses need to be returned to us with no makeup or tan marks.

To return your item to us, just scan the QR code that arrives with your shoes, or visit our returns portal here.

If you would like to exchange your product for another style or size, we offer a complimentary return label. Please visit our returns portal https://charlottemills.returnlogic.com to start your return. Via this portal you can select your requested size and style. Once we’ve received your return your exchange will be sent out to you, you’ll receive updates via email with delivery information.

Please note, returns are processed when they arrive with us, this process can take 7-10 working days. Returns for exchanges are complimentary. For refunds, a £4.50 fee will be deducted from your refund total. Please visit our returns portal to generate a returns label : https://charlottemills.returnlogic.com. Once you have your free returns label, you can take your parcel to the post office to send it back to us. Just make sure to keep hold of your returns tracking information as proof of postage.

Once we have processed the refund with our card payment company it can take 7 working days for the funds to clear back into your account.

If you are returning from outside the UK:

We will provide you with an International returns form. You will need to tick the item(s) on this form that you wish to return before signing and printing your name at the bottom of the form.

The cost of return postage and loss of any items returned to us is your responsibility and we therefore recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. It is important that you inform your chosen courier that your parcel contains GB and British goods that are being re-imported into the UK in an unaltered state, and provide them with the returns form and/or any other proof of the original export from the UK (Air Waybill, Commercial Invoice, etc).
 
As an additional step, please mark your package clearly with the words “RETURNED GOODS”. 

This will ensure that UK customs authorities do not charge import duty. If your package is not clearly marked and duty is charged it is regrettable that Charlotte Mills Ltd will refuse delivery and the goods will likely be returned to you.
