Heartachingly spellbinding inside and out, our converted church has been transformed into 6000 square feet of bridal shopping bliss, complete with a boutique-style cafe bar and warm, personal service.

The new 2023 collection will be available to shop at The Charlotte Mills Flagship from 11th February 2023. We will be operating by appointment only, for more information please visit the website.

Will I be refunded the £15 appointment fee?

If you find your shoes on the day, the £15 is deducted from the sale, if you don't find your shoes with us we'll refund the deposit within 7 working days. The deposit isn't refunded if you fail to show up, or cancel within 24 hours.

Will I be refunded the £15 appointment fee?

Are your hen dresses and slippers available in store? Yes, absolutely! All Charlotte Mills products are available at The Aisle Edit. 

Do you have a lift?

Yes! Our showroom is accessible by lift

Do we have to book an appointment?

Yes, we operate by on an appointment only basis. We also offer a browsing hour at The Aisle Edit between 9am-10am, you can book your slot for free via the website, please note during browsing hour you will not have exclusive use of the Charlotte Mills showroom.

Can I take my shoes away with me?

In most occasions yes, if you find your shoes with us you will most likely take them away with you on the day! However if the particular style and size is out of stock or on pre order, we can order your shoes to be delivered to your home, when they are in stock.

I've seen a pair of shoes that are on sale on the website? Do you have these in store?

Generally once a style has been discontinued and put on sale, we will no longer have these in store to try on. They will only be available to purchase on the website.
