I’ve wanted a pair of these shoes for 9 years! I finally found my future hubby and have finally got a perfect pair of shoes!
I originally ordered libby pearl but they were too high for me, these where the perfect alternative. Gorgeous leather, beautiful design. Every detail is perfect. The size 6 fit perfectly too.
Just a little side note for the ladies that are bothered about the heal nights. The heals are higher than the measurement says online. Libby says it’s 9cm but it’s 10.5cm and lau says 7cm but they are 8.5cm. Gorgeous shoes and recommend them!

Not very impressed for the price, received faulty items on 2 separate orders now. Having to chase up a refund as they haven’t given one and haven’t responded to any emails. Wouldn’t recommend considering how much you pay.

The size chart is not true to size. Website states they offer a full refund , yet when I requested one because these shoes shoes are huge, I was told I was only going to get a portion of what I spent. I spent over $400.00 on what I was hoping would be my wedding day shoes. Unfortunately there was no option to exchange either for a smaller size as now they are "out of stock" . I emailed customer service yet no one has reached back out to me. As a bride I do not recommend them not only are they not true to size, quality of leather has markings. Customer service is not responsive. Please treat your US customers who are brides better. There are other reviews from other brides having issues with trying to return and Charlotte Mills being completely silent.

Purchased the Nia shoes for my December 2026 wedding, and I am in love. The heel height is perfect as I didn’t want something too tall being 5’7 and the instant I put them on I was so impressed by the soft padding. The shape and fit is absolutely beautiful as well as the unique touches which I haven’t seen with any other shoe and I can’t wait to wear them on my big day.
