Charlotte Mills is a British bridal brand known for thoughtfully designed footwear that combines sentiment, comfort and modern design.
Alongside our signature shoes, we also design dresses and accessories, with new product categories launching as we continue to grow.
We are a fast-growing, direct-to-consumer brand with a strong focus on content, community and creating a premium experience both online and in person.
The Role
We are looking for a junior or graduate Content Creator & Social Media Executive to join the team and help us build a consistent, high-quality content presence across Instagram and TikTok.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating content and wants to be part of a growing brand.
You will be responsible for filming, editing and posting daily content, working closely with the founder and growth team to bring ideas to life quickly.
What You Will Be Doing
- Filming content regularly, using an iPhone and a fast, reactive approach
- Editing Reels and TikToks
- Posting daily across Instagram and TikTok
- Managing stories and engaging with the community
- Supporting shoot days and capturing behind-the-scenes content
- Bringing ideas for content formats, hooks and trends
- Working closely with the growth team to test and improve performance
What We Are Looking For
- A junior or graduate who already creates content, either personally or professionally
- A strong eye for content, styling and detail
- Someone proactive, organised and comfortable working in a small team
- Confident filming and being around models or talent
- Based in or near Manchester
Our office is in Oldham / Saddleworth and shoots may take place in different locations, so being flexible and happy to travel is important. Driving is helpful but not essential.
An eye for photography and composition is a plus.

We are not looking for a traditional or corporate social media manager.
We are looking for someone creative, hands-on and excited to build something.
