Sole Protectors

Simply place your CMs on the paper side of the sole protector sheet and carefully trace around the sole area (the part that will come into contact with the ground) with a pencil.

- Remove the shoe and neatly cut the shape out
- Partially peel the backing off and, beginning at the top of the sole, start sticking the protector to the sole, smoothing as you go.
- Smooth out with your thumbs until there are no visible air bubbles and carefully trim any excess.
- When you are ready to remove the protectors, gently heat the stickers with a hairdryer for around 40-60 seconds. This makes them a little easier to remove and ensures no sticky residue is left on your beautiful soles.

Will my shoes arrive in time for my wedding?

If the style is in stock, it will be dispatched within 1–2 working days. For pre-order styles, the estimated restock date is shown on this page. If you have a specific date in mind (such as a dress fitting) we're always happy to check timings with you before you order.

Can I exchange if the fit isn't right?Absolutely - exchanges are free and simple to arrange through our returns portal. If time is tight, placing a new order and returning the original for a refund can sometimes be the quickest route. We're happy to advise.
