Europe - DHL Express with On Demand Delivery (2-3 days) - £24.00
Orders sent to EU countries will be liable to pay import charges when they arrive in at their destination country.

Charlotte Mills Ltd. have no control over these charges and we aren’t able to predict what they may be. We are also unable to cover these custom charges as they are raised when the parcel reaches its destination or shortly thereafter and must be paid by the customer.

With Express delivery by DHL, your order will be sent with the On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service.
USA & North America - Express delivery DHL with On Demand Delivery (2-3 days) - £25
Shipping to the US & North America has an approximate transit time of 2-3 working days with DHL Express Worldwide (with in-flight options).
Rest Of World (Including Australia & New Zealand) - Express delivery DHL with On Demand Delivery (2-3 days) - £35
Shipping to the rest of the world has an approximate shipping time of 2-3 working days with DHL Express Worldwide (with in-flight options).
All subject to orders placed on a weekday before 12pm, orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next working day, also excludes Saturday delivery. All deliveries are subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please note orders shipped to countries outside the UK may be subject to additional Sales Taxes and Import Duties, which the buyer is responsible for.

Returns
We are happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery (28 days for International customers), providing shoes are returned in their original condition with no marks or blemishes, in their original packaging (which should also be in pristine condition). Customers returning item(s) for refund will be charged a £5.99 handling fee to cover the cost of their return.
