Your Parcel will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for. After your shoes are dispatched, you should receive within two working days. Cut off for guaranteed same-day dispatch is 12pm.

Worldwide fast delivery with DHL Express

With Express delivery by DHL, your order will be sent with the On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from DHL EXPRESS.

DHL ODD notifies you by email and/or SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. When this date does not fit your schedule, you can customise your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best.

DHL On Demand Delivery offers flexible delivery options:

·     Deliver my package to another address: alternate delivery to work or family

·     Deliver my package at a safe place: authorise shipment release to appointed safe place

·     Deliver my package with neighbour: Leave the package at your neighbour, reception or guard specified

·     Deliver my package at a DHL ServicePoint: hold for pick‐up collection

·     Request to store my package: vacation hold safekeeping your parcel up to 30 days

·     Deliver my package on another day: scheduled delivery

EUROPE

Europe  - DHL Express with On Demand Delivery (2-3 days) - £24.00

For EU countries, your order will be subject to import charges, payable when your order arrives in your country.

Charges can vary widely from country to country, so we would advise checking with your local customs office to ascertain what you will be liable to pay when your order arrives. Charlotte Mills Ltd. have no control over these charges and we aren’t able to predict what they may be. We are also unable to cover these custom charges as they are raised when the parcel reaches its destination or shortly thereafter and must be paid by the customer. 

REST OF WORLD

 

USA & North America - Express delivery DHL with On Demand Delivery (2-3 days) - £25

Shipping to the US & North America has an approximate transit time of 2-3 working days with DHL Express Worldwide (with in-flight options).

All subject to orders placed on a weekday before 12pm, orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next working day, (excludes Saturday delivery). All deliveries are subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please be aware the De minimus value in the United States is set at 800USD. If your order exceeds this value, you will be liable to pay import charges on your shipment.

In Canada, the De minimus value is set at 20CAD. Any orders exceeding this value will be subject to import charges.

Please ensure you are aware and comfortable with any import charges imposed by your local agency, as these charges are entirely the buyers responsibility.

Rest Of World (Including Australia & New Zealand) - Express delivery DHL with On Demand Delivery (2-3 days) - £35

Shipping to the rest of the world has an approximate shipping time of 2-3 working days with DHL Express Worldwide (with in-flight options).

Please be aware of your country / region’s De minimus value. If your order value exceeds this amount, you may be liable to pay import taxes and / or duties. For example - Australia has a De minimus value of 1000AUD, so orders exceeding this value will likely incur charges.

Please check with your local agency or authority for more information & ensure you are comfortable with paying any charges prior to placing your order as all customs fees are entirely the buyers responsibility.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Accessories: Earrings, Hair Combs and Necklaces

We work hard to provide as much information as possible for our products. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on our earrings. Necklaces can be returned for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt (in line with our regular policy).

Charlotte Mills products: Shoes, Clothing, Bags, Sixpence Necklaces and Trainers:

We are happy to offer a refund within 14 days of delivery (28 days for our international customers), providing items are returned in their original condition with no marks or blemishes, in their original packaging (which should also be in pristine condition). Please note, shoes have a beautifully soft leather sole, which can mark easily. Please only try them on in a soft carpeted area, as even wooden floors can cause damage & we are only able to exchange or refund goods in their original, perfect condition. Your shoes may have a protective film on the soles- please note once this is removed shoes are non-returnable. However we advise you do remove the film just before you wear them on your special day.

Dresses need to be returned to us with no makeup or tan marks. Any dresses returned in this condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please note: any purchases made in our Sample Sale are only eligible for exchange or store credit. We are not able to offer refunds on any products purchased in our Sample Sale.

Here, you will be able to input the reasons for your return and generate a returns label.

Returns labels for our UK-based customers are complimentary (excluding sample sale purchases).

International Returns

Return labels for our international customers, returning goods for a refund, are subject to a “Handling Fee” which will be deducted from your refund total. These fees are outlined below:

US & North America - £25

Europe Zone 1 (Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco) - £20

Europe Zone 2 (Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Andorra, Iceland, Albania, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, San Marino, Serbia, Kosovo, Vatican City) - £30 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns labels for the following destinations at this time:-

Belarus

Moldova

Russia

Åland Islands

For the above destinations, customers are still able to generate a return request via our portal, but you must purchase a suitable label and return to us at your earliest convenience. Any losses incurred during your return will be your responsibility in this instance and we therefore recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your product for another style or size, you can also arrange this via our returns portal.

Returns labels are available free of charge for exchanges (including international customers, where available)

We will arrange to dispatch your exchange as soon as possible when we receive your item, but please allow up to 5 working days from when your item is delivered for our team to process your return.

You will receive updates via email with delivery information as soon as your replacement item is on the way.

Please note, we cannot always guarantee that your chosen item will be available for exchange but we will endeavour to inform you of any stock discrepancies as soon as possible.

REFUNDS

Please note, returns are processed when they arrive with us, this process can take up to 10 working days. Please visit our returns portal to generate a returns label. Once you have your returns label, you can take your parcel to the relevant drop off point to send it back to us. Just make sure to keep hold of your returns tracking information as proof of postage.

For all returns of over 6 items, we will charge a flat rate processing fee of £6.00.

Once we have processed the refund with our card payment company it can take 7 working days for the funds to clear back into your account.

Additional information if you are returning from outside the UK:

If you have purchased your own return postage, It is important that you inform your chosen courier that your parcel contains British goods that are being re-imported into the UK in an unaltered state, and provide them with proof of the original export from the UK (Air Waybill, Commercial Invoice, etc) if possible.

As an additional step, it is worthwhile marking your package clearly with the words “RETURNED GOODS”. 

This should ensure that UK customs authorities do not charge import duty. If your package is not clearly marked and duty is charged it is regrettable that Charlotte Mills Ltd will refuse delivery and the goods will likely be returned to you.
