So happy with my wedding shoes! After having them saved for months (wedding isn’t until 2027) I saw the Charlotte Mill stand at the national wedding fair and made the whole event worth it! Beautiful shoes I absolutely love them. So comfortable and light weight. Ordered a size 6 as I’m a 5.5 and they were too big so had to return for a size 5. Return process was very simple and the staff have been really helpful with my purchase. Would order again in the future. Thank you x

I’ve wanted a pair of these shoes for 9 years! I finally found my future hubby and have finally got a perfect pair of shoes!
I originally ordered libby pearl but they were too high for me, these where the perfect alternative. Gorgeous leather, beautiful design. Every detail is perfect. The size 6 fit perfectly too.
Just a little side note for the ladies that are bothered about the heal nights. The heals are higher than the measurement says online. Libby says it’s 9cm but it’s 10.5cm and lau says 7cm but they are 8.5cm. Gorgeous shoes and recommend them!

I originally ordered the Nadia from the outlet in a size 6 (my usual size) but these came up too big and decided I prefer a sling back instead of an ankle strap. I was nervous at first to order the Taylor incase they weren’t the right size but I loved the overall design so decided to exchange. I read many reviews saying to size down and I’m SO glad I did because the size 5 fit perfectly. I love the slingback, the trumpet style heel, and the mesh allows my feet to breathe and don’t feel stiff.
They are perfect if you want a classic/timeless shoe.
I wish I’d bought these sooner.
I Can’t wait to wear them on my big day in a couple of weeks.

The size chart is not true to size. Website states they offer a full refund , yet when I requested one because these shoes shoes are huge, I was told I was only going to get a portion of what I spent. I spent over $400.00 on what I was hoping would be my wedding day shoes. Unfortunately there was no option to exchange either for a smaller size as now they are "out of stock" . I emailed customer service yet no one has reached back out to me. As a bride I do not recommend them not only are they not true to size, quality of leather has markings. Customer service is not responsive. Please treat your US customers who are brides better. There are other reviews from other brides having issues with trying to return and Charlotte Mills being completely silent.
