If you’ve received one of our glossy, perfectly packaged CM parcels in the mail, you’ve got Debbie to thank. This is a woman who defies any hurdle when it comes to packaging up our precious shoes for our brides. She’s also responsible for quality control. You’ll (literally) find her checking our shoes with a fine tooth comb.

What makes a perfectly packaged CM parcel?

If you could conjure up a dream piece of tech what would it be?
“I’d conjure up a small camera to fit inside every CM shoe box lid and have the footage streamed to us here at CM so we could see the reactions of our brides as they unveil their Charlotte Mills shoes for the very first time.”
